What is Crack Back?

CrackBack™ is a split in the backing paper that makes your stickers super easy to peel. Note: If your stickers will be displayed vertically, like in a rack, then we suggest peel tabs over CrackBack™.

How long with my stickers last?

About 5 years in direct sunlight, exposed to the elements. Longer indoors.

What if I don’t want a white border around my stickers?

Depending on your artwork, we'll add a small white border. If you have a design that obviously would look better without it, and your artwork is compatible, we will remove the white border so that you have color all the way to the edge. Just leave a note for our artists and we'll probably get it right on the first try.

Can you cut out areas inside my stickers?

Mostly yes. Just leave a note and if it can be done, we'll reflect it in your Design Proof.

Will my stickers be waterproof?

Yep! Rain, snow, even the dishwasher are no match.*Please wait at least 24 hours after sticking before running through the dishwasher.

Do you laminate your stickers?

Yes! We only make laminated stickers because they look and feel better, and last longer.

What will my stickers stick to?

Any smooth surface, like glass, water bottles, laptops and phones. Our easy apply adhesive makes it simple to reposition your stickers, and full stickiness builds over 24 hours.

What's the difference between Satin and Glossy Finish?

Satin laminate is our most popular. It adds a high-end feel without glare. Glossy is shiny, but can show scratches more easily.

Artwork

What types of files do you accept?

Most graphic formats are ok, but vectors are best! If not vector, then please make sure that the resolution is at least 300 x 300 dpi (ppi). We prefer to stick to .eps, .pdf, .ai, .jpg, .png, or .tff

What is "full bleed"?

Full Bleed extends your graphic past the cutline to make sure that we don't leave any white lines where they shouldn't be. We recommend a full bleed of 0.1 inch, or 2.5 mm.

What images and text can I use on my stickers?

We're not easily offended, so profanity and lewd images are fine, except: anything we determine to be hate speach or overly negative, pornographic in nature, or any copyrighted image or text for which you are not the owner.

What's the largest sticker you can make?

We use wide format printers capable of 48" wide by up to 96" long. Please email customquote@jetpackstickers.com before placing an order for super XL stickers.

Can you design my sticker for me?

If it's just a simple background removal, no problem! We are a "print ready" sticker house, so we do not offer complex vectorizing or graphic design work. If you're not sure, just send in what you have and we'll reply quicky.

What is a Design Proof?

Within a few hours of submitting your artwork, we'll send a Design Proof by email that shows the actual size and cutlines.

Can I make my own cutlines?

Sure! Just make sure you are submitting vector art and leave your cutline as 0.5 px, 100% magenta, on its own layer.

Can I turn a picture of my dog or cat into a sticker?

Probably! Just upload a clean image, specify whether you want just the head or the full body, and we'll remove the background.

What if my sticker isn't exactly one of the sizes you have listed?

Just pick the largest dimension. For example, if you want your sticker to be 4" wide, and it scales to 2.75" tall, just pick 4x3. We won't adjust the proportions - we'll just match the largest dimension to what you have selected. You can also enter the exact dimensions into the Custom Size box on the order configurator.

Can you send me a template?

Sure! Just email info@jetpackstickers.com with your template size request and we'll send one over.

Ordering

What is the standard production time?

Once you approve your Design Proof (or if we have not received your approval within 48 hours), your order is queued for production. Standard turnaround is about 3 business days. 1-day Rush option is available on the order configurator.

What if I have a special request?

We can handle most special requests. Just put a note in your order and we'll probably be able to get it done for you. If your request is super special, send an email to info@jetpackstickers.com for a quick response.

How do I place a repeat order?

Select "I'll send my artwork later" and include the previous order number in the order notes.

How do I cancel an order?

Just email orders@jetpackstickers.com any time before you submit your Design Proof approval (or earlier than 48 hours since we sent it to you) and we'll be happy to cancel your order. Once an order has begun production, we do not offer cancellation.

Do you offer wholesale accounts?

Yes! Please email wholesale@jetpackstickers.com and we'll send an application.

How can I get my stickers ASAP?

For sticker orders up to 10,000, select RUSH 1-day production on the order configurator. As long as your order is received and you approve your Design Proof by 3:00 pm Mountain time, we'll have it out the door on the next business day.

Can I make changes after I receive my Design Proof?

Yep! Just reply back with the changes you'd like and we'll adjust and send a new proof.

Can I change my order?

As long as you haven't already approved your Design Proof, yes - you can make any change you'd like. If you change your mind after you have approved your Design Proof (or if it's been more than 48 hours since we emailed it to you), please email orders@jetpackstickers.com ASAP. If your order has already begun production, we can no longer make changes for you.

How do I use my discount code?

There's a section at checkout where you can enter in your discount code.

Can I get my stickers without Crack Back™?

Yes, just put a note in your order.

Is Jetpack Stickers the factory or a reseller?

We are the factory. All prepress and manufacturing happens here at the factory.

Every single sticker is inspected for print quality, cut alignment, and perfect lamination.

What materials do you use?

We only offer super high quality materials that make the best stickers. We want your images to be crisp, the backing ewasy to peel, and no air bubbles. We want your stickers to be super durable, and represent your brand for years.

How long does shipping take?

We currently use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

How will my stickers be packaged?

Your stickers will be sealed air-tight and shipped either in a mailer or in a box, depending on quantity.

Will you ship outside the USA?

Can I use my own shipping account?

Sorry - we can not use your shipper account number.

Due to the nature of custom-printed stickers, we can not offer returns or refunds.
